End Game Loot Rules
-No looting during combat
-Need Before Greed Rules for 5-man Dungeons/Heroics (Main Spec priority)
-Roll on Rare items (meaning anything of rare quality or higher will require a roll.)
- Raid looting will be handled by a Raid Loot Master with the following Guidelines:
--Loot (Boss Drops and Rare BOE Items)
--Can anyone use the loot as an upgrade for their Main spec?
-> Yes -- Main specs /roll or elect to pass
-> No/Pass -- Can anyone use it for an upgrade for their off-spec?
-> Yes -- Off-specs /roll or elect to pass
-> No/Pass -- Items gets disenchanted/vended for guild bank (Greed Roll BOE Rare Items)
There will be a limit of one epic loot item win per run. The only condition where someone may be able to receive more than one epic loot win per run is if they are the only person in the raid that could use the subsequent item(s) for their main spec. The same rules apply for off specs.
It is requested that the raid group as a whole be considered by the winning roller when electing to receive or pass down the loot reward. (i.e., if a rogue rolls and wins leather shoulders that are only a slight upgrade for themselves, but are a considerable upgrade for the main spec feral druid (2nd highest roller), the rogue may pass on the loot for the druid and gain access to future rolls in the raid run). Allowing other members of the raid to obtain gear that is a significant upgrade for them can be beneficial to the raid.
Rare items such as bags and mounts will be rolled on by all those that want the item and do not have it, already.
Raid Looting Example: The raid has just defeated the boss and the boss drops a tank shield. The two tanks would have first choice whether to /roll or pass on the shield, if they have not received loot earlier in the run. If both tanks pass on the shield, any raid member (that hasn’t received epic loot, already) has the opportunity to roll on the shield for their off spec. If the shield is passed again, the item will be disenchanted for vended for the guild bank.
